Postby danny » Mon Mar 02, 2009 11:39 pm

Hi have anyone inhere tried to make UDA work with ubuntu desktop (LTS 8.04)
The same version but server edition works fine, but when i try to make a template for the desktop edition it does not say "OK" after "Writing PXE configuration", And no initrd og kernel is written for it, tried to mount the iso as both the Ubuntu OS Types in the OS list same problem with both, i tried to take the kernel and initrd from the already working server edition, but then the instalation fails with this in log on the client machine :

The Ubuntu 8.04 server Long Term Support (LTS) Server Edition adds new features to enhance the performance, stability and security of this fully supported general platform. The LTS release sees further expansion of the commercial ecosystem of software, hardware and services vendors supporting Ubuntu Server.
